Zelensky tells UN Putin uses fighters from 47 countries including North Korea, Ghana and India

At the UN on Wednesday, President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Vladimir Putin of enlisting citizens from 47 countries, including North Korea, Ghana, India and Nepal, to fight in Ukraine. He said two captured North Korean prisoners of war were sent to South Korea, and warned that if Russia attacks Ukraine's energy infrastructure, Ukrainian forces could target Russian heating and energy facilities during the winter.
