Police locked down parts of Dulwich Hill in Sydney's inner west on Friday morning after a man reportedly carrying a shotgun set a stolen car on fire in a car park on Williams Parade at about 10.20am and fled on foot. Officers, a helicopter, and tactical police are searching for the Caucasian suspect in his 20s, standing about 160cm tall with a thin build and shaggy hair, last seen on Union Street wearing a blue T-shirt and long black pants. No injuries have been reported, but residents were told to stay inside, light rail services were suspended, and local schools and businesses went into lockdown.
