CNN, Politico and MS NOW have sought an emergency court hearing, accusing the White House of repeatedly violating Judge Timothy Kelly's early Thursday order to temporarily lift President Donald Trump's ban on the outlets. On Thursday morning, staff were denied entry or had credentials confiscated, including CNN's Betsy Klein, a Politico reporter and MS NOW's Laura Barrón-López, though other producers were admitted.
