Clinical trial results show retatrutide helps patients lose up to 30 percent of body weight

In a trial of 2,339 participants across 11 countries, patients receiving the highest dose of retatrutide lost an average of 25 percent body weight at 80 weeks and 30 percent at 104 weeks. The drug also reduced knee pain by up to 62 percent, decreased sleep apnea events by 57 percent, and resolved prediabetes in over 90 percent of affected individuals.
