Ukrainian drone strike on Moscow kills 2, hits oil refinery during Russian election

Two people were killed in a Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region, and an oil refinery was hit in one of the largest attacks on the Russian capital since the 2022 invasion, local officials said. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said over 1,600 drones were intercepted since Saturday, including 450 aimed at the capital.
