Iran keeps indirect U.S. talks open as Revolutionary Guard claims capture of U.S. submarine

The Wall Street Journal cited unnamed officials saying Trump expects to resume bombing Iran after November's midterms. On Friday Araghchi offered to reopen the strait and resume nuclear talks within seven days if Washington accepts Iran's terms.
