White House bars CNN from Air Force One for Trump's upcoming trip

The White House blocked CNN from flying on Air Force One to cover Donald Trump’s trip to a college football game in Knoxville, Tennessee, and gave the major-network pool slot to Real America’s Voice News. After Trump also barred CNN, MS NOW and Politico from White House grounds, those three outlets sued, alleging First Amendment violations; US District Judge Timothy Kelly temporarily struck down the grounds ban in an overnight ruling early Thursday, finding no adequate factual support for a national-security justification. Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC refused to join the five-outlet pool until access for the barred outlets was restored.
