UniQure’s gene therapy continues to slow Huntington’s progression after four years

UniQure reported that its experimental one-time gene therapy, AMT-130, slowed Huntington's disease progression by 44% after four years compared to an external control group, though the benefit waned since last year and was not statistically significant as the FDA reviews its marketing application.
