Ukraine open to Black Sea grain truce with Russia, deputy PM says

Ukraine's deputy prime minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Vsevolod Chentsov, told POLITICO Kyiv is open to a grain truce with Russia that would halt military strikes on cargo ships, ports and grain storage in the Black Sea. He said now is a good moment to talk and build toward broader steps after summer escalations left both sides attacking ships and ports and blocking exports.
