One Piece Is Officially Coming to Fortnite
Epic Games has officially confirmed that One Piece will join Fortnite in its next mini-season, Treasure Hunters. The reveal ends weeks of speculation surrounding one of the game’s most requested collaborations and establishes the new season as an anime-pirate crossover focused on treasure hunting.
The announcement teaser shows the Going Merry, the Straw Hat Pirates’ first ship, emerging from the fog. Its design indicates that the collaboration is based on the One Piece anime rather than the Netflix series, whose version of the vessel has a slightly different figurehead. Epic Games has not yet detailed which characters, skins or other One Piece content will be available.
Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 concludes on Nov. 1, followed by downtime before Treasure Hunters begins the same day. The mini-season is expected to run for about a month, leading into a new chapter. An in-game promotional image also features pirate crew emblems associated with Peely, A$AP Rocky, Hatsune Miku, Kasane Teto and Lil Uzi Vert, suggesting that the season will include several other recognizable figures alongside the One Piece crossover. Players have until the current season ends to complete its Battle Pass.
