Samsung to inject $1 billion into Nvidia- and KKR-backed AI infrastructure firm

Samsung Electronics and five affiliates are investing $1 billion—including $500 million from Samsung itself—into Helix Digital Infrastructure, an AI infrastructure firm launched by KKR and backed by Nvidia. Led by former AWS CEO Adam Selipsky, Helix develops hyperscale data centers and power networks, building on over $10 billion in prior commitments.
