David Ellison says Paramount aims to close Warner Bros. deal in about two weeks in staff memo

After weekend talks with state attorneys general and the WGA cleared the path to merge Paramount Skydance with Warner Bros. Discovery, David Ellison told staff in a Monday memo his team aims to close in approximately two weeks. He said closing is only the start of integrating the two companies and cited jobs and more content from the combined operation insiders call "ParaBros"; AGs had previously called the tie-up anticompetitive.
