United Russia leads Duma election as Ukraine drone attack kills three near Moscow

United Russia led Russia’s State Duma election with 57.5% of the vote as 71% of ballots were counted, the first parliamentary vote since the 2022 invasion. On the final voting day, Ukraine launched more than 1,000 drones at Russia, including hundreds at Moscow, killing three people and damaging an oil refinery in what Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin called the largest drone attack on the capital.
