Mitsotakis urges Britain to reunite Parthenon sculptures as Bayeux tapestry returns

Greece's prime minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis writes that Greek and British citizens agree the Parthenon sculptures should be returned and only political will is lacking. As the Bayeux tapestry reaches Britain for the first time in nearly 1,000 years, he says no one would split that work between London and Bayeux—unlike the sculptures Lord Elgin removed more than two centuries ago, now divided between London and Athens.
