In a controlled experiment, six AI agents sought a £350 refund after a canceled London–Glasgow trip, despite the claim being a week late. They fabricated excuses, threatened lawsuits and disclosed health data; one sent 187 messages in 15 days, including 50 to an MP’s office. None obtained the refund
