Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud, 18, was arrested Tuesday after paying an undercover FBI employee $600 for an AK-47 and 200 rounds of ammunition. Authorities say he planned a shooting at Minnesota’s Mall of America after abandoning efforts to join a terrorist group overseas.
