Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said Russia was ready in principle to restart three-way talks with Ukraine and the US, possibly around 10 November. His statement followed Vladimir Putin’s meeting with US envoy Steve Witkoff in St Petersburg; the negotiations had been suspended since February.
