Israel pardons soldier Elor Azaria who killed wounded Palestinian in 2016

Israeli President Isaac Herzog has pardoned former soldier Elor Azaria, who shot and killed a wounded Palestinian man in 2016. On the same day, about 100,000 Jewish Israelis prayed at the Western Wall ahead of Yom Kippur.
