Fox Corp. has completed its acquisition of streaming platform Roku in a $22 billion deal, closing ahead of an expected 2027 timetable. Roku founder and CEO Anthony Wood joins the Fox board as co-chair of the new Fox Digital Platforms unit with Paul Cheesbrough, who is co-chair and CEO; the division
