Lebanon PM Nawaf Salam calls for full Israeli withdrawal in UN address

Lebanon's Prime Minister Nawaf Salam told the UN his country will not be an arena for the conflicts of others or a bargaining chip, and called for a ceasefire, Israel's full withdrawal, and for all weapons to be held by the Lebanese state.
