Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission finalized rules allowing Bitcoin and Ether ETFs to trade exclusively on the Stock Exchange of Thailand from Oct. 16, 2026. Foreign-linked products will initially be excluded, while mutual and private funds may invest in locally established crypto ETFs.
