Judge Marcelo Martinez de Giorgi ended the criminal inquiry into Javier Milei, Karina Milei and Hayden Davis over the $Libra token’s 2025 collapse, ruling that losses and price swings did not establish fraud. Davis said he held nearly $100m after the crash and denied wrongdoing.
