Hours after US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a deal to ease diesel sanctions, a Ukrainian drone strike set a fuel facility in Russia’s Rostov region ablaze. The regional governor said more than 50 drones were intercepted and reported no injuries.
