Google, Anthropic, Meta, OpenAI, xAI and Nvidia signed the White House Accord on Super Intelligence on Tuesday. The voluntary pact calls for internal safeguards, dedicated safety teams, independent assessments and board oversight, but imposes no sweeping regulation.
