The International Criminal Court convicted Mahamat Said Abdel Kani, 56, a former Seleka commander in the Central African Republic, on four counts of crimes against humanity for overseeing beatings and torture at the OCRB detention center in Bangui between April and August 2013. He was acquitted on t
