District Judge Timothy Kelly issued a preliminary injunction allowing CNN, MS NOW and Politico to retain White House access while their lawsuit proceeds. Kelly said the outlets are likely to prevail on claims that President Donald Trump’s attempted ban violated free-speech and due-process rights.
