Somalia's Independent National Elections and Boundaries Commission announced that lower and upper chamber parliamentary elections will occur on April 15, 2027, followed by a presidential vote on May 15, 2027. INEBC chief Abdikarim Ahmed Hassan made the announcement on state TV. The plan faces fierce
