Torrential rains flood Valencia and Catalonia, killing driver in eastern Spain

Torrential rain swept through eastern Spain on 17 September, flooding streets, submerging cars and disrupting transport across Valencia and Catalonia. A driver died in the flooding as the downpour hit the two regions.
