A Dutch court found that Merck infringed a Halozyme Therapeutics patent and ordered it to stop making and marketing subcutaneous Keytruda in France, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The existing intravenous cancer treatment remains available and is unaffected.
