A man opened fire from a vehicle in Trappes, west of Paris, on Friday, killing one person and injuring at least four, Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu said. The suspect was arrested in nearby Coignières around 10:30 local time. Anti-terrorism prosecutors are monitoring the case.
