Simon Richardson, 35, has been jailed for life with a minimum of 25 years for murdering 56-year-old headteacher Michael Mullins. On April 20, Richardson ignored give-way signs, crashed his Volvo XC90 into Mullins as he cycled home from school, and dragged him under the car for over a mile.
