OpenAI acquired four-year-old Orchestra Bio for undisclosed terms, adding its team and AI agents for drug-discovery operations to the Rosalind model and Rosalind Workbench. The startup had reportedly raised about $20 million; Rosalind customers include Moderna and Novo Nordisk.
