Sweden-based Pophouse Entertainment, co-founded by ABBA’s Bjorn Ulvaeus, has acquired a 50% stake in Sia’s publishing and master recording rights for $180 million. The company will manage her existing catalog and support the Australian singer-songwriter’s new creative ventures.
