Skydance plans to combine HBO Max and Paramount Plus following the completion of its $110 billion Paramount–Warner Bros. Discovery merger. The unified service will bring franchises including Game of Thrones, Yellowstone, DC, Star Trek and Harry Potter to more than 200 million subscribers.
