Brent fell $1.04 to $108.82 a barrel and WTI slipped 26 cents to $101.15 after Ukrainian drones ignited fires at a St. Petersburg terminal exporting about 120,000 barrels a day. Kyiv resumed energy strikes after continued Russian attacks, while two tankers were hit near Saudi Arabia.
