Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor says 1,134 children in Gaza have lost limbs in Israeli attacks, while travel and evacuation restrictions block specialised care abroad. Of 2,300 child and adult amputees assessed from September 2024 to May 2026, only 500 received permanent prosthetics.
