Ukraine and Russia each exchanged 270 prisoners on Friday in the third stage of a process begun on Aug. 19. Kyiv received 261 service members and nine civilians, while the returned Russians were taken to Belarus. The US- and UAE-facilitated deal is expected to cover 2,000 prisoners.
