Warner Bros. chiefs Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy will leave after Paramount Skydance’s merger with Warner Bros. Discovery closes, multiple sources told Variety. They will not join David Ellison’s management team. The $110 billion transaction is expected to be finalized on October 6.
