Amazon’s Strands Labs has released Strands Decider 2B, a roughly 2-billion-parameter model based on Alibaba’s Qwen. It scores predefined choices and probabilities in one pass for routing, tool selection and output review, and is free to self-host under the Apache 2.0 license.
