Bitget is restoring services after a breach caused $388 million in user losses. CEO Gracy Chen said all token withdrawals would resume on Friday, while Bitcoin, Ether and USDt access is already restored. The exchange’s Protection Fund reached $309 million, and a bounty offers 5% of frozen and recove
