Kenya confirmed its first Ebola case after a Kenyan national returning from the DRC died in Nairobi. Authorities identified 28 contacts and are tracing 23 fellow passengers. The DRC’s 17th outbreak has caused more than 4,000 deaths and 8,300 confirmed cases across seven provinces.
