Suspected Russian drones sank a cargo ship and set two chemical tankers ablaze near Bulgaria and Romania on October 14–15. The Comoros-flagged Yara J was hit in Romanian territorial waters; its crew was rescued. Five people were rescued from another tanker, while seven sailors remain missing.
