Paramount has reached a deal with 12 state attorneys general that removes a major obstacle to closing its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, according to Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal. The settlement came just before the company was due to begin accruing a $7 million daily ticking fee on
