The Trump administration suspended Microsoft, Adobe, Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL and Capgemini from filing for foreign workers under the PERM green card program. Labor Secretary Keith Sonderling cited federal investigations and alleged abuse of the system.
