A Tesla using Full Self-Driving hit and killed a 71-year-old man crossing I-80 in Vallejo, California, around 2:30 a.m. Thursday. Dashcam footage showed braking and an evasive turn; authorities believe another vehicle later struck him, but only the Tesla driver stopped.
