Rahman Salehi, 34, and Salam Ahmadyan, 36, were charged on Friday over an alleged homemade-bomb plot targeting Manchester’s Jewish community. Prosecutors said they surveyed sites including the Jewish museum and Heaton Park synagogue and received instructions from a third party believed to be in Iran
