HBO Max and Paramount Plus will gradually combine under Skydance following Paramount’s $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The service, overseen by HBO CEO Casey Bloys, would have more than 200 million subscribers, but its name and launch date remain undisclosed.
