TSMC’s third-quarter net profit jumped 68.7% year on year to a sixth consecutive record, beating estimates. Its operating margin reached 58.7%, while free cash flow rose to NT$476.56 billion. High-performance computing generated 68% of revenue and 3-nanometer chips 33%.
