Paramount completed its takeover of Warner Bros Discovery on Tuesday after defeating Netflix in a bidding war. The combined company, renamed Skydance, unites Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros Pictures, CBS News, CNN, HBO and CBS; shareholders will receive about $31 per share.
