EU regulators ended an antitrust investigation without fining Sanofi after it agreed to correct claims that allegedly disparaged CSL Seqirus’s Fluad vaccine in Germany and France. Sanofi must run a corrective campaign and refrain from similar conduct under a legally binding agreement.
